Exams & Records

One of the Registry’s units is the Examinations and Records Office. The following is what this unit does:

* Maintaining and updating student biodata appropriately;
* student registration at the College;
* online confirmation of newly admitted students’ Ordinary Level scores;
* Releasing results statements;
* Student academic transcripts are issued, and graduating students receive results notifications.
* awarding certificates for programs leading to Higher National Diploma and National Diplomas;
* Publication of the student enrollment list and certificate verification in response to inquiries from College graduates’ employers
